Great for smoke, pets, chemicals, and almost all hard to get rid of smells in you home, car, or hotel room. Of course this is the best bang for you buck unit I’ve found. The safest most effective creation and use of ozone comes from UV bulb generation like this unit uses. If you find a cheaper unit it most likely does not use a UV bulb and despite claims to the contrary will not be as safe as a UV bulb unit. 

As this contains a glass bulb, I recommend making sure you choose the “Sold by Amazon” option when ordering these items.

UPDATE: Replacement Bulbs: You should replace your bulb every 6 months to a year, depending on use, to maintain maximum ozone output.
